Standard Carbon Fiber Flat Rigid Felt

Standard carbon fiber flat rigid felt is produced by mixing and pressing of Pan-based carbon fiber material and binder, followed by high temperature treatment at temperature up to max. 2300℃. In the final production step the rigid felt is machined to the desired dimensions. Rigid felt is a rigid insulation material with low thermal conductivity based on carbon fibers (<0.25 W/m.k (1000 C)). It shows its best performance in temperatures beyond 800℃ in inert gas or vacuum furnaces. The max operation temperature can reach up to 3000℃.
